Our steel belts for panel manufacturing provide continuous reliability. We are currently the only company making 3.5mm thick steel belts suitable for use in double belt systems producing OSB and ultra-thin MDF / HDF boards. The new 3.5mm belts have greater thermal capacities and enhanced resistance to deformation. Running properties are also improved. Our other belts, ranging from 1.2mm to 3mm thick, are also on the leading edge of technology.
In the production of decorative and technical laminates, textured steel belts offered by Berndorf Belt Technology USA are also leading the way. The textured steel belts meet international quality standards whether our clients are making flooring, furniture boards, or high-pressure laminates. The development of registered embossing steel belts eliminates the need for press plates and pads on some conveyor belt systems. We have also developed steel belts with a variety of gloss effects, including mirror finishes.
To enhance the value of our steel belts and textured steel belts, Berndorf Belt Technology USA is part of a worldwide service network that provides continuous support and maintenance of our belt technologies. Certified technicians are available around the clock, every day of the week for site visits and come equipped with all necessary Bernfixx™ service tools.
