On-Site Test Facilities

Berndorf Belt Technology USA is proud to offer our customers an on-site testing lab for automated conveyor systems at our facility. In our lab we can run customer products to gather data about the process requirements a custom steel belt system must meet; to properly size an endless conveyor belt; or to prove the efficacy of a continuous conveyor belt system design. We have the ability to run a variety of tests on the steel belt system. Customers are welcome to visit our facility and observe the trials in person, or they can be recorded and sent back to the customer.

Our testing lab consists of a 30-foot long, 12-inch wide single belt cooling system. We provide an AccuDrop® feeding device , as well as a heating kettle to melt the desired product to go into the feeding system. The test center is fully customizable for a variety of single belt systems, and our engineering staff is able to provide additional information on the testing of double belt cooling systems.
