Our AccuDrop® feeding device is a reliable and accurate pastillation device, producing pastilles at high capacity and within your designated environmental and quality standards.
To maintain belt tracking and to prevent shifting during production, both Vee-Ropes and an automatic tracking device are available for the conveyor belt system. The Vee-Ropes provide a simple manual tracking system, with compound rubber strips integrated into the underside of the belt. For the most critical or volatile production environments, our pneumatic tracking device is an active system that continually measures and adjusts the tracking of the steel belt.
To ensure that our belt design is sized correctly for your chemical process, we have the ability to set up product runs in our testing lab at our facility. Here we can simulate a variety of applications, including the use of AccuDrop® and a variety of other options. The data gathered enable us to better design and manufacture all of our steel belt systems.
In addition to our sophisticated steel belt production methods, all our steel belt systems for the chemical industry are installed and maintained by Berndorf-certified technicians who are available around the clock for routine and emergency maintenance. Our technicians come fully equipped with the necessary service tools to perform all the needed work on the belt. We also offer our clients the option of having their own maintenance teams receive training on the use of the Bernfixx™ service tools and certification for the repair and maintenance of the conveyor belt systems, including cooling conveyor belts and drying conveyor belts.
